These terms apply to artists, studios, studio owners, team members and applicants using TattooDekho professional tools. Last updated: 18 June 2026.
Professional status
Artists and studios provide tattoo services as independent professionals or businesses. TattooDekho provides discovery, booking, communication, payment and support tools, but does not employ artists unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Verification and profile accuracy

You must provide accurate identity, business, portfolio, service area, experience, hygiene and availability information.

You must only upload portfolio work, photos and designs that you own, created, have permission to use or are legally allowed to display.
•
TattooDekho may verify, reject, hide, edit, suspend or remove profiles, designs or accounts for quality, safety, legal, fraud-prevention or policy reasons.
Service standards
•
Use sterile, single-use or properly sanitized equipment as applicable to the service.
•
Follow local licensing, health, hygiene, consent, age and business requirements.
•
Arrive prepared, behave professionally and perform only services that are safe, lawful and within your skill level.
•
Refuse or stop a service when age, consent, health, intoxication, hygiene, location, abuse or legal concerns make it unsafe.
Bookings and availability
Keep availability, service areas and pricing accurate. Accept bookings only when you can reasonably perform them. Late cancellations, repeated reschedules, no-shows or poor customer experiences may affect ranking, visibility or account access.
Pricing, payouts and fees
Customer-facing prices, discounts, platform fees, commissions, taxes, payout schedules and adjustments may be shown in the app, dashboard or separate commercial terms. Payouts may be held, adjusted or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, policy violations or chargebacks.
Customer data and privacy
Use customer names, phone numbers, addresses, design choices, booking notes and photos only to perform the booked service and provide support. Do not misuse, sell, publish, contact outside the booking context or retain customer data longer than needed.
Reviews, quality and moderation
Customers may leave reviews and ratings. TattooDekho may moderate content, investigate complaints, request evidence, run quality checks and take action against accounts that create safety, trust or quality concerns.
Prohibited conduct

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit or endanger customers or TattooDekho teams.
•
Do not perform unlawful, non-consensual, hateful, unsafe, medically unsuitable or misleading tattoo services.
•
Do not take payments outside approved channels where prohibited, manipulate reviews, create fake bookings or bypass platform security.
