About TattooDekho
TattooDekho helps customers discover tattoo designs and book services from independent tattoo artists and studios. Tattoo services are performed by the artist or studio assigned to or accepted for the booking, not by TattooDekho directly.
Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account, profile, address and booking information.
•
You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, OTP access and device secure.
•
Customers must satisfy legal age, identity, consent and health requirements applicable to the appointment location.
•
We may refuse, cancel, suspend or restrict accounts and bookings that appear unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or in violation of these terms.
Bookings
•
Prices, inclusions, appointment windows, artist availability and service area are shown during the booking flow where available.
•
A booking may require artist or studio confirmation. Service availability can change due to location, safety, design complexity, health concerns, documentation or operational constraints.

Customers must be present and prepared at the appointment address and must provide a safe, hygienic and lawful environment for in-home service.

Artists may recommend changes to placement, size, timing or design for safety, quality or technical reasons.
Payments, discounts and invoices
Payments may be collected through payment partners such as Razorpay or through other methods shown in the app. Discounts, coupons and launch offers can be changed, paused or withdrawn. Refunds and cancellation charges are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Health and safety

Tattooing involves skin puncture and may carry risks such as pain, bleeding, swelling, infection, allergy, scarring, fading or dissatisfaction with final appearance.

Customers must disclose relevant health, allergy, skin, medication, pregnancy, intoxication or medical concerns before the appointment.

Artists or TattooDekho may cancel or pause a service if the appointment appears unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable.

Aftercare instructions should be followed carefully. Medical concerns should be addressed with a qualified medical professional.
Artist and studio responsibilities
Artists and studios are responsible for licensing where required, hygiene, equipment, safe practice, lawful service delivery, accurate portfolios, professional conduct and compliance with local rules. TattooDekho may verify, approve, reject, suspend or remove provider accounts.
User content and intellectual property
Users are responsible for designs, references, photos, reviews, messages and other content they submit. You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, private, misleading, infringing or unsafe. By submitting content, you allow TattooDekho to use it to operate, display, moderate, promote and improve the service.
Reviews and ratings
Reviews should reflect genuine booking experiences. We may remove, hide or moderate reviews that are fake, abusive, discriminatory, private, irrelevant, incentivized or otherwise violate platform rules.
Prohibited use

Do not misuse OTPs, create fake accounts, impersonate others, scrape the catalog, attack the service or bypass security controls.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit or endanger customers, artists, studios or support teams.
•
Do not request or perform illegal, hateful, non-consensual, unsafe or medically unsuitable tattoo services.
Limitation of responsibility
TattooDekho provides a technology platform and support layer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, personal choices, customer-provided information, third-party payment failures, network issues or the independent professional judgment of artists and studios.
